The job is not finished until the space is usable. Post-construction cleaning turns a completed build into somewhere people can move into — and it is very different work from regular commercial cleaning.

Why it is not regular cleaning: construction leaves fine drywall dust that settles for days, adhesive residue, paint spatter, sticker glue on every fixture, and debris in places a normal clean never touches. It needs different equipment, different products, and crews who know that dust keeps reappearing until it is properly chased down.
Phase 1 — rough clean. After the major trades finish. Debris removal, sweeping, and clearing the space so remaining trades can work.
Phase 2 — final clean. The detailed pass. Fine dust removed from every surface including ledges, vents and light fixtures. Windows inside and out, including sticker and adhesive residue. Fixtures, cabinetry and appliances cleaned inside and out. Floors brought to their finished state — stripped, sealed or polished as the material requires.
Phase 3 — touch-up. After the space has sat. Settled dust removed and any marks from the final trades or the move-in dealt with, so the handover is clean.

How it is quoted: per project, not per hour. The number depends on square footage, how many phases you need, the condition the trades leave it in, and your handover deadline. We walk the site and give you a written scope and a fixed price. If you are working to a tight completion date, tell us — we schedule around handover, including evenings and weekends.
We are based in Courtice and work throughout Durham Region, so we can get to your site quickly when a date moves. Fully insured and WSIB covered, which matters on an active construction site. We can also take over ongoing janitorial once the building is occupied, so you are not sourcing a second contractor after handover.
